Ensure that the substrate is level, compact, dry — humidity ≤3% — free from dust and stains. If substrate is rough, use smoothing, fast setting skin-coat D-base 60, in case of cracks proceed in full restoration.

EP PRIMER PLUS: Mix component A with component B in a ratio of 67:33 by weight.

Apply EP PRIMER PLUS on the substrate with a roller. Consumption: 150 gr/m².

Broadcast directly silica sand (0,1-0,6mm) over EP PRIMER PLUS, before it gets dry. Consumption: 0,5 kg/m².

After 24 hours, smoothly scratch the floor, to remove remaining aggregates.

Pavitect Resin PU UV: Mix component A with component B in a ratio of 48:52 by weight. Consumption: 4-6% per kg of aggregates (depends on aggregate size).

Add the resin in the aggregates and mix for about 2 minutes at low speed. Consumption of aggregates: 8-12 kg/m² (depends on aggregate size).

Apply the material on the surface using a trowel. Try to archive as smooth surface as possible.

OPTIONAL

Apply with a roller a thin layer of Pavitect Resin PU UV (without aggregates) on top to prevent surface wearing off. Consumption: 100-150 gr/m².

After 12-24 hours apply polyurethane sealer Deco Floor in 1 layer. Consumption: 150 gr/m².

After 48 hours the surface is ready for use/traffic.
