Ensure that the substrate is level, compact, dry — humidity ≤3% — free from dust and stains. If substrate is rough, use smoothing, fast setting skin-coat D-base 60, in case of cracks proceed in full restoration.

Mix Nanostucco 500 with water 32 – 38%, depending on the weather condition (temperature, humidity).

Apply the mixture homogeneously with a trowel. The effects during the application will appear on the final surface. Thickness of 1st layer 0,5-0,8 mm, consumption of 1st layer 0,5-0,8 kg/m².

4 to 16 hours after the application of the 1st layer, smoothen the surface with a sandpaper (150-220) and then vacuum clean the surface.

Apply the mixture homogeneously with a trowel. Press with a trowel more or less accordingly to the desired final effect. Thickness of 2nd layer 0,3 mm, consumption of 2nd layer 0,3 kg/m².

4 to 10 hours after the application of the 2nd layer Nanostucco 500, apply the acrylic protective sealer Colorfresh, with a short hair roller (mohair) diluted 50/50 with water.

2 to 6 hours after the 1st layer of Colorfresh, apply the 2nd layer of Colorfresh (without dilution) with a short hair roller (mohair). Total consumption 100 gr/m² for 2 layers.

24 to 72 hours after the application of the 2nd layer of Nanostucco 500, apply the PU acrylic primer Deco Resina with a short hair roller (mohair) diluted with 10% of water, consumption 40 gr/m².

2 to 12 hours after the application of Deco Resina, apply the 1st layer of the two component PU protection sealer Deco Plus, on proportion 5A:1B diluted with 10% of water.

4 to 12 hours later, apply the 2nd layer of the two component PU protection sealer Deco Plus on proportion 5A:1B diluted with up to 10% of water (optional). Total consumption 60 gr/m² for two layers.

72 hours after the application of the 2nd layer of Deco Plus, the surface is ready for use/traffic.
