Ensure that the substrate is level, compact, dry — humidity ≤3% — free from dust and stains. If substrate is rough, use smoothing, fast setting skin-coat D-base 60, in case of cracks proceed in full restoration.

Mix Nanostucco 500 with water 32 – 38%, depending on the weather conditions (temperature, humidity).

Apply the mixture homogeneously with a trowel. Thickness 0,5-0,8 mm, consumption 0,5-0,8 kg/m².

4 to 8 hours after the application of Nanostucco 500, smoothen the surface with a sandpaper (150-220) and then clean the surface.

Mix Nanofin metal with water 19 – 22%, depending on the weather conditions (temperature, humidity).

Apply the mixture homogeneously with a trowel. Thickness 0,3 – 0,8 mm, consumption 0,3 – 0,8 kg/m².

4 to 8 hours after the application of Nanofin metal, polish the surface with the following sandpapers 100, 180, 380, 500, 1.000, 2.000. Carefully clean the polished surface with a damp cloth between each sandpaper.

Apply Deco Wax, using a special polisher. Consumption 20 – 40 ml/m².

72 hours after the application of Nanofin Wax the surface is ready for use/traffic.
