Ensure that the substrate is level, compact, dry — humidity ≤3% — free from dust and stains. If substrate is rough, use smoothing, fast setting skin-coat D-base 60, in case of cracks proceed in full restoration.

Apply the quartz primer C Primer Plus on the surface. Consumption 80-150 gr/m2

3 to 8 hours later, depending on the weather conditions, prepare the Element 20 by mix it with 25–30% water.

Apply the material on the surface, using a trowel to create a uniform layer and cover completely the substrate. Application thickness 2-3 mm.

Straight after the application of Element 20, use the special tool (grass) to create a surface with peakes and pores.

15’ to 45’ later, before the surface dries, smoothen the peakes with a trowel, in order to obtain the desired pores on the surface.

4 to 24 hours later, apply by sprayer, one layer of the acrylic waterproofing sealer COLORTEC. Consumption 100 gr/m².
