Ensure that the substrate is level, compact, and dry — humidity < 3% — and free from dirt and stains. If the substrate is rough, use a smoothing, fast-setting skin coat such as D-base 60. In case of cracks, proceed with full restoration.

Apply the quartz primer C Primer Plus on the surface. Consumption: 8–12 m²/kg.

After 3–8 hours, depending on weather conditions, prepare Element 10 by mixing it with 25–30% water.

Apply the material to the surface using a trowel to create a uniform layerand cover the substrate completely. Application thickness: 2–3 mm.

Immediately after, depending on the weather conditions, and while the surface is still wet, use a sponge to make vertical or circular moves, in order to create a rough, coarse surface.

4 to 24 hours later, apply by sprayer, one layer of the polymer based waterproofing sealer COLORTEC. Consumption 100-150gr/m².
